IDEATE - Thinking Differently about Business

This is something that a team of us here in Cape Town are putting together. Our message is,

"It IS personal, it's business."

Every organisation is in the people business because people are what make up the organisation. As much as employers would like it to be the case, nobody can separate who they are from the work they do, and workers cannot leave their personal lives at the door when they punch their clock-cards. In fact, this is probably most true for business owners and executives who invest themselves in their workplaces. Business is very personal.

Using the ancient biblical proverb, "The heart is the wellspring of life", the conversations will deal with certain common issues in the work place and show how these problems relate to, or originate from the 'heart'. Bernard Sanders from Andover, UK will be a vital part of the team here over the next week as we officially launch IDEATE in partnership with Dreamility.
